Creators and authorized representatives can claim a profile to help keep public discovery information accurate and safer. Claiming a profile can support updates to official links, display names, categories, broad location labels, price signals, and privacy preferences.

Claiming a profile does not guarantee ranking placement, endorsement, verification of identity for all purposes, or ownership of accounts on third-party platforms.

What a Claim Can Do

A successful claim can allow review of:

  • Official creator links.
  • Display name and username fields.
  • Bio or description corrections.
  • Category and tag updates.
  • Broad location label changes or removal.
  • Price or free-account signal corrections.
  • Sensitive-field hiding.
  • Impersonation or duplicate profile issues.
  • Removal requests.

Who Can Claim

A profile can be claimed by:

  • The creator shown in the profile.
  • A manager, agency, or assistant authorized by the creator.
  • A legal representative.
  • A platform or brand representative with authority over the profile.

Recommended Claim Methods

Use one or more practical ownership signals:

  • Email from a domain or address publicly associated with the creator.
  • Temporary code placed in a public bio or official link page.
  • Message from an official creator social account.
  • Confirmation from a known creator platform account.
  • Agency or representative confirmation with clear authorization.

We will use the least intrusive verification method that is reasonable for the request. Do not request sensitive identity documents for routine profile edits when a public-account verification method is enough.

Information to Provide

Include:

  • The profile URL on our site.
  • The official creator account link.
  • The requested changes.
  • The preferred contact email.
  • The verification method you can complete.
  • Whether the request is a correction, claim, privacy change, impersonation report, or removal request.

Review Outcomes

After review, we may:

  • Approve the claim and update profile fields.
  • Ask for a safer or clearer verification signal.
  • Correct visible errors without granting ongoing profile access.
  • Hide sensitive fields.
  • Remove duplicate or impersonating profiles.
  • Decline changes that conflict with safety rules, public-source limits, or editorial standards.

Profile Control Limits

Claimed profiles still need to follow trust and safety rules. We may reject or edit claims that ask us to display private contact details, exact location, misleading official links, prohibited content, or unsupported claims.

Claims also do not require us to index every submitted field. Some filters, rankings, and comparisons may use standardized fields so discovery remains consistent.
